To deposit fiat into your XBO.com account, you should enter your XBO.com wallet, select Fiat, and click the Deposit button at the bottom of the screen.

To transfer crypto to your XBO.com account, follow these steps:

1. Enter your XBO.com wallet and tap Cryptos. You'll see a list of cryptocurrencies our platform supports. Choose the one you'd like to transfer to your account and tap Receive.
2. From the list of available networks, choose the one you want to use to transfer your crypto. Make sure you choose a network compatible with the currency you want to send.

Please keep in mind that the network you select at this step should be the same as the one you'll select on your outside wallet when finalizing the transfer. Otherwise, your funds may be lost.

3. Now you'll see a QR code and a Send address (a series of numbers and letters). This is your unique XBO.com crypto address for the cryptocurrency you have chosen.

You have two ways to transfer crypto to your XBO.com account:

• Copy your XBO.com Send address. Then log into the crypto wallet from which you want to transfer crypto and paste the address into the Send.
• Scan the QR code with your smartphone and follow the instructions.

Scanning the QR code is more convenient if you use different devices for XBO.com and your other crypto wallet. If you access both platforms from the same device, it is better to use the Send address.

The currency of your XBO.com account is USD.

For now, there is no way to change this. Our development team is working on adding more options in the nearest future. We'll keep you up to date.

You can withdraw cryptocurrency or fiat by following these steps:

To transfer cryptocurrency to your personal wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom):

1. Go to your XBO.com wallet.
2. Choose the crypto you want to withdraw.
3. Click Send.
4. Choose how much you want to withdraw.
5. Select the network that will process the transaction. Make sure it matches the network of the receiving wallet, or your funds could be lost!
6. Paste your personal wallet address.
7. Click Continue to withdraw.
8. Confirm the transaction with the code sent to your phone number.

You can view the status of the withdrawal process in Transaction history. Once the transaction is processed, the crypto will be delivered to your personal wallet.

Important! If you make your first fiat deposit using a card, you won't be able to withdraw crypto for 72 hours. This temporary lock allows us to detect and limit the risk of fraud.

To withdraw fiat to your bank account:

1. Go to your fiat XBO.com wallet.
2. Choose the currency you want to withdraw.
3. Click Withdraw.
4. Choose how much you want to withdraw.
5. Enter your bank details.
6. Click Withdraw.
7. Confirm the transaction with the code sent to your phone number.

You can also view this process in Transaction history. Once it's processed, you will receive the funds to your bank account.

1. Go to your XBO.com wallet.
2. Click the 'Connect Web3 wallet' button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
4. After confirming the connection in your Web3 wallet, return to XBO.com to securely deposit or withdraw crypto between your Web3 and XBO.com wallets.

How to deposit crypto from your Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet) to XBO.com?

1. Go to your XBO.com wallet.
2. Click Deposit Crypto.
3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from your Web3 wallet to XBO.com.
4. Click Deposit via Web3 Wallet.
5. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
6. Click Proceed and confirm the transaction in your selected Web3 wallet.
7. Once the transaction is processed, your crypto will appear in your XBO.com wallet.

Your funds are now securely deposited and ready to use!

How to withdraw crypto to your Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet)?

1. Go to your XBO.com wallet.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from your XBO.com wallet to your Web3 wallet.
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
4. Choose the network for the transaction, ensuring it matches the network of your Web3 wallet to avoid any loss of funds.
5. Click Send to Web3 wallet.
6. Click Confirm to finalize the transaction.

You can track the status in Transaction History. Once processed, the crypto will be transferred to your Web3 wallet.

To close your XBO.com account, please follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure you have a zero balance in your account.
2. If you have a positive balance, please go to your wallet and withdraw all your funds.
3. Fill in the form below with your request to close your account and any additional information you wish to share.

Once we receive and process your request, your account will be closed immediately. You will receive confirmation by email.

Please note that once your account is closed, all your account data, transaction history, and settings will be permanently deleted.
